Quotient Back-to-Office Planner
This planner was created as part of a care package sent to clients of Quotient Technology, a digital media and promotions company. The care package, which was sent to clients in August, plays on a “back-to-school” theme of companies heading back to the office post-COVID.
The Back-to-Office Planner energizes clients about returning to offices after COVID. It follows the format of a bujo (bullet) journal, which are planners/journals that help organize day-to-day life. It includes monthly calendar spreads from July 2021- July 2022 with included key dates, trends, drive periods, and relevant fun facts, along with room for users to write their own goals for the month. It also includes campaign recommendations, influencer-collab recipes, and journal prompts to help people organize both their work and personal life.

When brainstorming this project with other members of the team, we initially started by thinking of different ways that the care package could look and feel like. The idea of creating a back-to-school themed package was decided upon based on its timing of release (mid-August). My team and I felt that it was important to create an engaging planner that the client would actually want to use and keep with them for the entire year, instead of something they would look at once, and then discard. We decided to create a bullet-style journal intended for the user to utilize as both an organizational tool and an outlet to explore their own creativity.
